Here’s the list of activities that we conduct on a periodic basis:

| Breakfast Service | Breakfast service at Raleigh shelter serving grilled cheese, 3 types of breakfast cereal, muffin, orange juice, fruit salad |
| Sandwich Service | Prepare breakfast in paper lunch bags that includes a peanut butter jelly sandwich packed in paper sandwich bag, raisin box, an apple, canned orange or pineapple juice and a napkin. Distribute to The Salvation Army in Raleigh, The helping hands mission in Raleigh and Durham rescue mission in Durham. |
| Park cleanup | Collect trash and recycle for a city park |
| Battery recycling | All small batteries will be collected at a year round location in the center and disposed in the county hazardous materials handling recycling facility |
| Beads Project | Chant 108 Gayathris for each bead and use about 18 beads and few décor beads and stitch a bracelet for cancer patients in Rex hospital |
| Medical Service | Provide vision care including glasses, general physician access, STD, HIV screening, Mammograms, basic blood screening etc., |
| Dental Service | Provide dental treatment (extractions, filling and consultation included) and cleaning |
| Stop Hunger Now | Provide 10,000+ meals for the needy overseas |
| Newborn Kit Service | Make kits containing blanket, cloth diaper and dress for new born |
| Winter Gear | Make kits containing blanket, head cover and scarfs. |
| Pillow Service | Stitch pillows for patients at a near by hospital. |
